Meals includ­ing wine and apéri­tif are offered for 48 Euro per per­son. Spe­cial prices for chil­dren.

Price includes all charges (i.e.bed linen and tow­els) heat­ing (extra March & from mid-Octo­ber) except can­cel­la­tion insur­ance and final clean­ing (140/160 Euro).

Tourism tax is 2 Euro per per­son per night.

The book­ing is guar­an­teed when the full amount has been trans­ferred. Can­cel­la­tions with refunds are pos­si­ble up to 12 weeks before arrival. After this date, the amount will be cred­it­ed if anoth­er guest books in the same peri­od. There is a 10% han­dling fee.
