Plant­i­ng more trees at Une Cam­pagne en Provence

This fall 2020 Mar­ti­na and Claude plant­ed anoth­er 900 trees. For bet­ter resis­tance to long dry spells and ben­e­fits to birds, bees and oth­er small wildlife the fol­low­ing 8 species were select­ed and mixed: Por­tuguese oaks, Cor­si­can and black alders, Mont­pel­li­er maples, false-aca­cias, limes, flow­er­ing ash­es, straw­ber­ry trees and ser­vice trees. Alto­geth­er they form sev­er­al new groves spread around the farm, between vine­yard and mead­ows to enhance the qual­i­ty and resilience of the land and the enjoy­ment of the guests of Une Cam­pagne en Provence.
